This is a guided meditation and energy practice session where you will explore your own healing abilities, learn tools for everyday support, and restore your energetic balance. All you need is your intention, a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for an hour, and a candle. You’re welcome to create a cozy, nurturing space for yourself. We’ll begin the session seated, and then you’ll be able to lie down, fully relax and immerse into harmonious angelic flow .
